Improvement of Molybdenum Concentrate Grade and Recovery by Cyclonic Static Microbubble Flotation Column

Abstract

Abstract: Pilot test was made on Jiduicheng molybdenum ore by cyclonic static microbubble flotation column in a flowsheet consisting three cleanings in stead of the existing nine cleanings by flotation cells. As a result, the molybdenum concentrate grade was improved to 51.00 %～54.00% and the recovery was above 92.00%, rather ideal test results, providing technical reference for the further expansion of the concentrator.
