The equipment application of high efficient energy saving and discharge reducing are described from the large-scale ball mill, new type wearable materials, Slon high intensity magnetic separator, MVS high frequency vibrating screen. And the industrial tests of RA-315, RA-515,MZ-21, RA-715, LKY anion reverse floatation collectors and small type tests of LKD anion reverse floatation are discussed. Besides, the situation of water saving, air pollution controlling, mine biology system resuming, comprehensive utilization of tailings are introduced.

With the rapid development of China's iron and steel industry,iron ore resources with the properties of high-grade and readily separated are on the verge of depletion. How to rationally exploit and utilize complex and refractory iron ore resource is of great importance to release the contradiction between the supply and demand of iron ore and promote the development of China's iron and steel industry. Beneficiation techniques on limonite developed in recent years mainly include single process of gravity or magnetic separation etc. and combined processes with selective flocculation flotation etc. The results show that any effective beneficiation technique is not mature to be formed yet. Hence,a systematic classification for limonite ore resources is taken according to its characteristics,and then an effective beneficiation technique for the specific limonite ore resource was developed. This may be an effective way to resolve the problems of beneficiation technique on limonite gradually.

Using the cement mortar as test models,the air-couple charge and water-couple charge blasting tests are carried out to analyze the character of rock granularity after blasting under different conditions. The test results showed that water-couple charge was more even in rock granularity and lower in big blocks than that of air-couple charge with the same dosage. Taking the Tibet Qulong Copper Mine for example,the application of geo-statistics method in the resource evaluation of large-scale open-pit mine is demonstrated,and the copper-molybdenum was selected as the regionalized variable to conduct variogram calculation and structural analysis and to establish deposit mathematical model for grade estimation and resource evaluation by analyzing the statistical distribution characteristics of copper-molybdenum grade. On this basis,the cutting boundary optimized parameters were determined to optimize cutting boundary according to the established mathematical L-G model in MineSight software method. A iron ore in has complex properties of containing valuable limonite and many impurity phosphor and silicon.It is a refractory high phosphorus limonite ore due to its high impurity content of both phosphorus and silicon.The phosphorous mainly occurs as collophanite or in the form of isomorphism in limonite.Basing on its process mineralogy research,a process consisting of reverse flotation-magnetization reductive roasting- ultrafine grinding magnetic flocculation was adopted for treating this ore.As a result,an iron concentrate grading 69.57%,at a recovery of 71.62% with P-content reduced to 0.29%, S-content is 0.17%,Si-content is 5.75%, was obtained,thus providing a new way for the separation of similar high phosphorus limonite ore.

The effects of propanedioic acid,succinic acid,hexanedioic acid,sebacic acid and oxalic acid on floatation performance of feldspar and quartz in dodecyl amine system were investigated. The results showed that organic dibasic acids were activators to both feldspar and quartz in dodecyl amine system at pH 2. The active strong-to-weak sequence of organic dibasic acid on feldspar is oxalic acid,propanedioic acid,succinic acid,hexanedioic acid and sebacic acid. The active strong-to-weak sequence of organic dibasic acid on quartz is propanedioic acid,succinic acid,hexanedioic acid,sebacic acid and oxalic acid. In dodecyl amine system,oxalic acid can be as the effective modifier to float feldspar from quartz in dodecyl amine system at pH 2.

At present,the grade of Miaogou iron concentrate was only 64.26% with high content of silicon. For this,anion reverse flotation for magnetic iron concentrate was studied. Tests under such different conditions as rougher time,pH,dosage of starch,CaO and collector,pulp temperature and pulp density effecting reverse flotation results and cleaning flow-sheet tests were conducted to determine proper flotation conditions and technology and obtain final iron concentrate products with iron grade of 69.12% and iron recovery of 88.89%. The properties of multi-metal mine are characterized. The recovery processes of copper,molybdenum,gold and silver are introduced. And the optimum conditions of Cu-Mo separation are discussed. The silver polymetallic ore is a kind of refractory inter-grown copper-lead-silver-gold complex ore. A large number of research tests on beneficiation process consisting of mix-flotation,concentrate cyanidation,lead separation priority from cyanide residue and then copper have been carried out. The result shows that adding the leaching aid is of benefit to improve the recovery of gold and silver during the process of cyanide leaching. It is important to adopt a reasonable activator in order to activate copper and improve the copper recovery during cyanide residue flotation. After optimizing of reagent system in each link of process,the comprehensive recovery rate of gold reaches 80.80%,the silver recovery 72.03%,furthermore,the copper concentrate grade is up to 21.46% with the recovery of 70.80%.

It is quite difficult to make use of Ni-Mo Black Shale Ore as mineral resources. In order to develop this resource,the new type of flotation reagent,Blashale promoter,was adopted to do flotation tests on Ni-Mo black shale ores. Through flotation condition tests and exploratory experiments,the best reagent system and open circuit flotation process were determined. And a closed circuit test was also carried out under optimum conditions. A set of pulp grade on-line analysis system,which was based on energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis (EDXRF) technology and produced independently by our institute is introduced. The analysis system can realize on-line detection on pulp grade in real-time. After on-site practical application at Suzhou Xiaomaoshan Copper-Lead-Zinc Mine,good results have been achieved. At present,the system can perfectly meet the needs of the actual production in mineral processing,and can provide guidance in production. In view of low production capacity,poor grind fineness and high ball consumption,media optimization in atomizer mill was studied in Aluminum Oxide No.2 Factory. The result showed that the main problems lied in low filling ratio,irrational media shape and incomplete adding ball system. The ball diameter of 60 mm was too large. After the diameter of ball was decreased to 40 mm,the production fineness was increased by 10.19%,meanwhile the filling ratio increased from 36% to 40% and the product fineness improved by 5.90 %. At the same filling ratio,qualified particles in hybrid casting balls were increased by 3.28 %,comparing with that in hybrid steel balls,and the grinding efficiency was increased by 17.25% at -170 meshes.

The digital elevation model (DEM) was combined with the remote sensing image data to make up the surface,with the geological strata based on MultiPatch to generate mine model,blasting hole,blasting simulation to achieve the modeling and analysis of blasting vibration effects,blasting noise pollution,blasting,and the optimal path for mining field transportation respectively in mine blasting process. Lala Copper Mine is located at Huili County,Liangshan Prefecture ,Sichuan Province. It is an important base of copper production,accompanying with FeAuUMoCoRE comprehensive utilization. After decades of mining,large quantities of solid wastes have been formed in this area. Furthermore,the insufficient utilization also made the heavy metal content pretty high in this land. Hence,the heavy metal content and pollution degree of Cu,Cd,Hg,Cr,Pb,As in the soil of mine and Cu,Cd,Zn,Pb,As in the water were investigated and evaluated scientifically. It proved that soils in Lala Mine is seriously polluted by cadmium,heavily polluted by mercury and chromium,and moderately polluted by copper,while the soils are not or moderately polluted by lead,and water in the Lala Mine is seriously polluted by copper,cadmium and lead. But the water is not or moderately polluted by arsenic. the solution through biology,physics and chemistry methods to prevent and treat pollution are put forwards.

In light of the process parameters tests on acid mine wastewater treatment,HDS can reduce the dosage of neutralizing agent as high as 16.7%,decrease flocculant dosage amount,and lower the sedimentation time of separating mud and water to be only 8min. the concentration of neutralizing slag solids for outward discharge is up to 26.7% with qualified water discharge standards.

The composition and structure of the microseismic monitoring system in Yunnan Huize Leadzinc Mine were introduced. The ground pressure zones are defined by combining with the quantitative theoretical study on microseismic events and onsite recovery. And using the advanced seismological quantitative analysis and visual interpretation function in monitoring system,the rules of variation in stress,displacement,stiffness and stability of the activity zone were studied. It is indicated that the variation in concentrated area of the ground pressure activities has a close relationship with the underground mining activities. Before largescale rock destruction,such features will occur as rock stiffness gradually increased and then decreased,stress level increased in turn after decreased,microseismic frequency and accumulated volume sharply increased. These can provide a method and theoretical basis for prediction of the rock mass destruction.

The degree of mining subsidence under thick alluvium layer plays an important role in mining under building,railway and water bodies in Yanzhou mining area,so it's necessary to discuss the discrimination method of full subsidence degree. The surface subsidence characteristics of fully mechanized sublevel caving mining under thick alluvium in Yanzhou mining area are analyzed abased on measured data,and the discrimination method for full subsidence degree with the thickness of bedrock is put forward. The two geophysical methods of electrical prospecting and seismic exploration are applied to survey and verify the range and spatial distribution of the broken overlying strata. The conclusions have an important guiding significance for “three under” mining in this mining area.

According to the principle of the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a ladder hierarchical structure model was built from three factors of economy index,environment index and steel slag index. Taking steel slags from a Shandong Iron and Steel Company as a case,and along with the specific demand in exploring ways of steel slag as resources,the relationship between the attributes of steel slag and reusing approaches of it was investigated from the chemical composition and phase composition of the steel slag,and the different nature of resources were found out as a structural model index of resource. Then the three related factors on modeling were processed qualitatively and semi-quantitatively. In consequences,the decision-making analysis and evaluation on optimum schemes for steel slag utilization were realized,which can be referred by government and environmental policies' makers.

Abstract The tests of grinding - high intensity magnetic separation - shaking- flotation process on iron tailings are carried out,showing that titanium dioxide concentrate with grade of 47.15% at a 39.48%recovery and productivity of 3.86% can be obtained under condition of grinding fineness of 70% -0.074 mm and the magnetic field strength of 994.725 kA/m from rough mines with titanium dioxide grade of 4.61%.
