    As a kind of mature technology,heap leaching has been widely used to leach lowgrade ore,but its theory research is no perfect. Firstly,study scale partition of orerock granular in heap leaching is carried out. It is proposed that the visualization of multiscale spatial structure of orerock granular can be realized based on microscopic image analysis technology,CT technology and image processing technology. Through indepth analysis of linking scale,multiphase and multifield coupling,a series of problems to be solved at this stage are presented. Then,a number of researches about coupled numerical simulation of multiple processes are discussed in detail. With foreign research results on mechanism of microbial leaching,some research on microbial heap leaching is brought forward which regards native chalcopyrite as the research object. Finally,based on introduction of heap leaching technology at home and abroad,research difficulties of heap leaching theory are emphasized.

    Based on the fracture toughness testing method on CCNBD specimen and the principle of SHPB,a new testing research for the dynamic fracture toughness with flattened CCNBD-SHPB was carried out. The importance of making the dynamic force balance satisfy the stress uniformity of SHPB and the tests data process was discussed. It extended the equation of quasi-static stress intensity factor for dynamic fracture toughness calculation. Then,the maximum load under the balanced dynamic force was substituting into the equation to get the value of the dynamic fracture toughness. Tests verified the proposed method in theory,and it showed that this testing based on flattened CCNBD-SHPB was effective.

    After 40 years' mining in Maluping mine of Kaiyang Phosphorus Mine Group,some of its level positions are coming into the deep mining. In order to predict the orientation of rock-burst for four kinds of rocks in 750 level,700 level and 600 level respectively,the systematical experiments for the four kinds of rocks have been performed. At the same time,various evaluation criteria on the different influence factors were put forwards. And the theoretical prediction method was used to realize its fuzzy mathematics evaluation of rock-burst. At last,the level-variables Eigenvalue was used as the judge criteria to estimate the orientation of rock-burst in three level sections for these four kinds of rocks,and it is concluded that the rock-burst tendency will be up with the depth of these four rocks increase.

    There are a large number of mineral resources buried underground in China. The traditional and conventional mining method to exploit these mineral resources lead to a series of problems,such as difficult exploitation,poor economic efficiency,and the salient interference of the environment etc.In response to these circumstances,the integration system of underground mining and beneficiation for mineral resources is proposed,and the system design and key technology are studied,with emphasis on the characteristics of the system and carryover results. It is pointed out that the integration system of underground mining and beneficiation for mineral resources is the only way to rationally and economically exploit deep ore bodies. It is also a breakthrough of mineral resources exploitation theory and methods.

    The main mining method for Dongdashan inclined thick iron ore bodies is with sublevel caving with its sublevel height of 8~10 m. The ore recovery is about 49.25%~55% and the dilution is about 29.92%~33.37%,which have been maintained for many years. Researches showed that there are many problems in the sublevel caving process,such as large rate of mining-cut ratio,huge ore-drawing loss,and unrecovered roof and bottom pillar etc. According to the problems above,the waste rock fill mining method with the upward slitting stratification is put forward. The operation shows that the recovery can be increased to about 87%,and the dilution rate can be decreased to about 15% by the new mining process. Hence,the mine service life is effectively extended,and the economic benefits are significantly improved. The process can be referred by some other similar mines.

    For those mines adopting the sublevel caving method,the large structure parameters of the natural lay are not suitable for the ore drawing in transition sublevel process. According to the technical conditions of mining in Jinshandian iron mine,some methods including graphic representation,physical simulation and the experiment of spot ore drawing are carried out,and the reasonable stope structural parameters in primary transition sublevel which we have got are 14m×16m×3.4m. In ore-drawing sublevel,serial methods including the ore drawing system of cut-off grade,increasing the drawing pace,strengthening those geological and metrical works,improving the quality of blasting,etc. are adopted. Hence,the recovery rate can reach 77.97%,and it is feasible to complete the product indexes in transition sublevel.

    The choice of mineral deposit development program is of importance to the underground exploitation. Huangmailing phosphates mine will be transferred from open-pit to underground mining. In view of ensuring the security during the transition period from open-pit to underground mining,four shaft development viable programs were proposed. DEA model was established by using data envelopment analysis from such main evaluation indexes as capital investment,operating costs,project volume,open-pit mining impact,environmental protection,construction difficulties,ventilation condition and so on.  Through using DEA model to analyze these shaft developments,Wangjiashan shaft development program was firstly recommended. The results show that the data envelopment analysis method is an effective optimization program with a broad application prospect.

    Combining the complex condition of Jinchuan Mine,on-site sampling in typical regional is made. The shearing experiments on four groups of structural slabs under different normal pressure were carried out by RYL-600 computer-controlled shear rheology machine. The experiments showed that the shear strength of cemented high-density tailing mortar and the graded tailing paste mortar under shear resistant connection is higher than that of without shear resistant connection. Without shear resistant connection in slabs,the shear strength of the graded tailing paste mortar is more than that of high-density tailing mortar. As installing shear resistant connection in slabs,the shear strength of the graded tailing paste mortar was close to that of the high-density tailing mortar. The experimental result showed that the shear strength of both mortars separately rose just as the shear resistant connection was installed between two close week places of back-filling bodies,and then the whole stability of filling structure was enhanced.

    To investigate the phenomena of the fracture velocity in rocks materials,the weight-drop tests of two rocks samples with I-type initial crack are carried out. Meanwhile,high-speed photography is used to record crack tip position in surface. And the Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM) and Laser Profilometer are adopted to obtain the specific structural information from cross-fracture and sample surface. Then,the relationship of the fracture velocity in rapid crack with the rock crack mode and energy consumption is analyzed by the phenomenology method.

    The observation data modeling for the residual subsidence in abandoned mine goafs by auto regression moving average (ARMA) model,trend regression & ARMA model and WARMA model of combining with wavelet multi-resolution analysis is built,and the corresponding prediction results are analyzed respectively. The results are shown as follows: all of three models can be used for short-term prediction of residual subsidence; In contrast with other two models,WARMA model is more precise in prediction and superior in predicting step and stability. Hence,it has a practical value in application.

    Xinli mining area of Sanshandao gold deposit is the first hard rock mine which belongs to the under-sea deposit in our country,and only Longkou is mining coal under sea in domestic.The orebody in Sanshandao mining area is located in the range of several decameter to several hectometre below the seabed.It is full meaningful submarine mining.And the cut-and-fill method is an optimum mining method.Through research on the commenting performance of filling tailings with different concentration and different comment-sand ratio,it is determined that the whole tailings upward flat-back cut-and-fill stoping method is adopted with comment-sand ratio of 1∶〖KG-*2〗8 in filling and 1∶〖KG-*2〗4 in commenting surface at a filling concentration of about 70%.It provides a technical support for the safety and high efficiency mining of Xinli mining area of Sanshandao gold deposit in the undersea mining.

    This paper presents a finite element numerical method to evaluate the rock and soil slope stability based on the upper bound limit analysis.In light of Mohr-Coulumb yield criterion,the solution of slope stability is deduced to a nonlinear programming by means of the kinematic limit analysis and of finite element method from the plastic limit analysis,where the loading factors of external load or self-weight are the objective function.According to the nonlinear theory of mathematical programming,a direct iterative algorithm is constructed.Some examples are given to illustrate the validity of the method.The results show that the method is effective to the design and analysis of slope stability.

    From the flotation tests of mono-mineral Siderite and Hematite,it is discovered that the new-developed anionic collector TS has a good selective collecting effect on Siderite,and the modified sodium silicate has a good selective inhibited effect on Hematite under higher alkaline condition. These two agents were used in beneficiation tests on artificial ores of Siderite and Hematite,and a good concentration result was obtained. The XPS analysis showed that TS can be adsorbed in the surface of Siderite,and the modified sodium silicate be adsorbed in the surface of Hematite. Both kinds of adsorption belong to the chemical one,where TS play a role through the action of its bonding atomic sulfur and ferrous ions on the surface of siderite

    The two beneficiation flow-sheet experiments are carried out for a certain micro-fine-grained hematite,respectively,which consist of the process of stage grinding- gravity separation - low intensity magnetic separation - high gradient and intensity magnetic separation- inverse flotation and the process of grinding- low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient and intensity magnetic separation-inverse flotation. The first process got the iron concentrate upgrading of 64.88% with 79.91% iron recovery; The second process obtained iron concentrate upgrading of 65.45% with 79.84% iron recovery. Considering the separation index,flow-sheet structure and grinding costs,the process of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high gradient and intensity magnetic separation-inverse flotation is recommended.

    The main valuable mineral is spodumene in Rangtang Lithium polymetallic ores of Sichuan. The recoverable minerals are tantalite,niobium and minerals. According to density differences of tantalum-niobium and cassiterite,and spodumene and gangue minerals,the magnetic properties differences of tantalum-niobite and cassiterite,and the floatability difference of spodumene and gangue minerals,the beneficiation process test consisting of the gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation is adopted to get the tantalum,niobium and tin ore concentrates,so that all valuable elements in ores have been better recovered. The lithium concentrate with grade of 5.53% and recovery 72.68% is obtained; Meanwhile,the tantalum and niobium concentrates of Ta2O5 and Nb2O5 are grading at 17.00% and 32.55% with a 59.38% and 66.05% recovery respectively,and the tin concentrate is grading at 52.16% with a 99.14% recovery.

    A comparative tests of uranium bio-leaching was conducted,where with and without the presence of pyrite are studied and comparison made on leaching cycle,acid consumption rate and rate of leaching. The results showed that acid consumption of the uranium mineral with pyrite was 1.2% lower than that without pyrite,and its leaching rate was 10% higher. It is indicated that presence of pyrite in uranium bioleaching process could reduce leaching cycle,lower acid consumption and increase leaching rate.

    A comparative bacteria leach experiments like,column leaching and tank leaching (aeration condition),were carried out on uranium ore. The change rules of related parameters in the leaching process are analyzed and the suitable bioleaching way for the uranium ore was discussed. The results of experiment showed that the column leaching and the tank leaching had a good effect on the uranium ore with the leaching rate 89.85% and 87.05%,the ore slag grade 0.010 4% and 0.013 3%,and the acid consumption 3.38% and 2.16% respectively within 48 d. Compared with the leaching periods,acid consumption,leaching rate and actual industrial conditions,it is considered that the column leaching is the priority to the uranium ore.

    Based on the process mineralogical investigations of the copper-nickel sulfide ore,the flotation experiments are carried out in order to provide a basis for exploring some copper-nickel ores from North Korea. The experiments showed that acceptable copper-nickel concentrate for electric smelting can be obtained through the process of one-roughing,three-cleaning and four-scavenging under grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 75%,where nickel is upgraded to 5.16% with a 92.13% nickel recovery and copper is upgraded to 1.96% with a 92.13% copper recovery.

    Building mining area DEM based on InSAR technology has become hot in recent years,and researchers gradually focus on the practical application from the theory.The special surveying method of SAR system(side-looking imaging) and specific surface condition of mining area lead to many influence on high precision.From the principle of InSAR measuring elevation,and using the error theory knowledge,the impact of the relative error sources for elevation-precision measurement is systematically analyzed,and the relationship between measurement precision,phase error,baseline length,and baseline,inclination is deduced.And error propagation curves are made to show the influence rules of each other.Also the impact of topographical features on high-precision measurements is analyzed according to the features of mining subsidence.Finally a conclusion shows that the slope change caused by the mining subsidence has an obvious impact on high-precision InSAR measurements in partition.

    Paishanlou gold deposit is a large scale gold deposit located in ductile shear zone of greenstone area,with a feature of two three-stage mineralization superimposed. Considering the actual demands in production,a comprehensive geological and geochemical study on Paishanlou gold deposit is carried out by the new method of structural superimposed halo. It is shown that the front halo indicator elements of ore-body are As,Ba,Sb; The ore halo indicator elements are Pb,Au,Ag,Cu,Zn; Rear halo indicator elements are V,Bi,Mo,Co,Mn,Ti,W. Considering the geological-geochemical characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution,a structural superimposed halo model is established for predicting blind ore-bodies of Paishanlou gold deposit. And the geological sign and the structural superimposed halo signs of predicting the blind ore-bodies in Paishanlou gold deposit were summarized. Using the structural superimposed halo model and geological-structural superimposed halo signs,the east-west blind ore-bodies in Paishanlou deep deposit are successfully predicted.

    The air particles of Fankou lead-zinc deposit were collected with transmission electron microscopy grids. Through the transmission electron microscopy,it is discovered that there are a large number of air particles with size of less than 200 nm in the air of Fankou lead-zinc deposit. These particles are quite different from industrial emissions,vehicle exhausting,construction dust particles in morphology and elemental composition. So these particles may be inextricably related with the deposits and its exploration. It is primarily considered that the existence of underground ore body will have an impact on the air particles. The discovery means that an effective discriminating analysis can be made to discover the underground ore-bodies in new space from judging the special matters,air particles.

    The speed regulation control system of mine AC hoist based on PLC was designed by adopting S7-300 PLC as controller and 6SE70 as frequency converter for special operational environment of mine. The system used the real-time monitoring work state of the upper computer,and set up security protect measures and fault processing function. The given hoist speed could be realized by S-shape speed curve which produced by PLC control software to increase speed regulation capability and precision. The practice proved that this system can fulfill the need of hoist speed regulation,and have characteristics of high reliability,strong flexibility,low fault rate with a good locale application effect.

    Geological modeling has been widely applied in areas such as nonferrous metal mine exploitation,petroleum exploration,etc. Geology structure often presents non-manifold situation due to faults,resulting in relatively difficulties on complex geological structure modeling. Considering the well-behaved boundary description and the capacity adjust to constraints of Delaunay triangulation,the method of complex geological structures' modeling based on Delaunay triangulation was presented. Then the algorithm was verified by a case. The results showed that the geological structure model with geometrical consistency and grid topological consistency could be obtained by the algorithm.

    Numerical simulation is one of the effective methods to analyze the stability of geotechnical engineer.The finite difference software FLAC3D(Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua in 3 Dimensions) was applied to establish a 3D-mesh model and a fluid-solid model of an iron mine tailing pond,and the constitutive relation of tailings was described by the Mohr-Coulomb model to analyze the stability of tailing dam under earthquake.The results indicate that the tailing pond has been on the whole stable under strong earthquake,except some partial liquefaction which can possibly lead to breaking.And the most active area of tailing pond is in the edge of dam base or dam crest.The results also show that it is feasible to analyze the overall stability of tailing pond under earthquake action by means of  FLAC3D,which provides an access to analyze some dynamic problems of tailing pond.

    The security system engineering was applied and the fault tree analysis method of metal mine blasting was introduced.The common accident cases were analyzed by the accident tree,and the blasting accident tree and the successful case tree were successfully drawn.Based on this,the minimum cut set and path set were found out,and finally the structure importance was analyzed so as to grasp the reason and the law of the accident.This can provide a scientific and reasonable basis for blasting design,implementation,and blasting safety management.Meanwhile,the blasting prevention measures and some technical measures to improve blasting effect were put forward to ensure blasting goal in metal mine.
