摘要: 矿产资源在我国国民经济中具有十分重要的地位和作用,但是我国矿产资源十分短缺,进口不断增长,到国外勘查开发是解决我国矿产资源短缺、确保其稳定供应的重要途径,对确保我国经济安全运行具有重要意义。但这风险很高,需要运用科学的方法来有效地减少风险。运用AHP模糊综合评价方法,对我国矿业国际投资可行地区的投资环境进行科学评价,提出可选择的区位,从而对在国外投资起到引导作用,有效地减少投资的风险和盲目性。

Abstract: Mineral resource has very important position and function in China's national economy. China is in great shortage of mineral resource and is importing increasingly more ores. Making mineral exploration and exploitation in foreign countries is an important way to solve our mineral shortage and ensure the supply of minerals, and is of great importance to the safe operation of China's economy. However, it will be highly risky and the risk should be effectively reduced by scientific method. AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make scientific evaluation for the investment environment in the areas feasible for China's international mining investment and to propose selectable regional locations, hereby guiding the investment in foreign countries and effectively reducing the risk and blindness in such investment.
