摘要: 在对试验用赤铁矿物理化学性质研究的基础上,确定了采用强磁选-反浮选的工艺流程。试验结果表明,采用强磁选-阴离子反浮选流程的选矿指标为铁精矿品位62.73%,回收率60.87%,完全达到预期的目标。并对分选指标难以提高的原因进行了深入分析,为进一步试验指明了方向。

Abstract: Based on the study of the physiochemical properties of the hematite ore to be tested, it was determined to use high intensity magnetic separation-flotation process to treat the hematite ore. The test results of high intensity magnetic separation-anionic indirect flotation reached the expected target, with the iron concentrate having an iron grade of 62.37% and iron recovery of 60.87%. In-depth analysis was made of the causes for the difficulties in improving the metallurgical performances, hereby guiding the further tests.
