摘要: 露天境界优化是露天矿设计和生产经营管理的重要环节。最终境界优化是一项需要综合考虑矿山资源状况、开采技术条件、矿产品销售价格、矿石开采及处理成本等多因素,实现经济效益最大化的复杂工作。采用三维可视化技术选择Lerchs-Grossmann优化方法(L-G法)对云南易门铜矿进行露天境界优化研究,通过对露天境界中优化参数和优化方法的探讨,得出了矿山开采优化的露天经济境界,为矿山的开发提供直接技术方案和投资决策依据。通过研究,总结出了露天境界优化过程中应用的主要技术和方法。

Abstract: Open pit limit optimization is an important link in open pit design, production and operational management and is a complicated work involving an integrated consideration of mine resource conditions, mining technical condition, mineral sales price, ore mining and processing cost for maximizing the economic benefit.The study on the open pit limit optimization of Yimen copper mine in Yunnan Province is made by means of Lerchs-Grossmann optimization method and 3D visualization technology.Through the study of the parameters and method for open pit limit optimization, an economically optimized open pit limit is obtained, hereby providing a basis for direct technical scheme and investment policy decision for the mine exploitation.The main techniques and method applied in open pit limit optimization are summarized.
