煤矿防灭火粉煤灰固化泡沫的研制及应用

摘要: 针对目前煤矿防灭火技术存在的不足,以粉煤灰为基材,在小型试验的基础上,采用自行研发的复合添加剂,研制出了发泡倍数在3~15范围内可调的粉煤灰固化泡沫。在华丰煤矿1410工作面应用粉煤灰固化泡沫通过封堵井下漏风来防治煤层自燃,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract: In view of the defects existing in the present fire control technology for coal mines, a solidified foam of fly ash with a foaming expansion rate of 3~15 was developed based on the laboratory test by using self-developed compound additive and with fly coal ash as the main material.The solidified foam of fly ash was used to block the underground air leakage for controlling the coal seam spontaneous combustion at 1410 working face of Huafeng Coal Mine, and achieved very good effect.
