以可溶性磷酸盐为控制剂制备碳酸钙晶须

摘要: 采用气液碳化法,以可溶性磷酸盐为控制剂,在普通重力场中一步法制备出结晶程度良好、文石相含量高的碳酸钙晶须。研究了可溶性磷酸盐添加量、碳化反应温度、CO2充气速度、料浆Ca(OH)2初始质量分数对产品的影响,分析了制备过程中不同阶段产物的XRD图谱,结果表明:作为文石相碳酸钙晶须结晶中心的是Ca5(PO4)3(OH)而非Ca(HPO4)·2H2O或Ca3(PO4)2,适宜碳酸钙晶须生长的条件为n(Ca/P)=1: 0.25、碳化反应温度75 ℃,CO2通气速度16.2~ 32.4 L/(h·kg)、Ca(OH)2初始质量分数1.5%~5.6 %。

Abstract: Well crystallized aragonite CaCO3 whiskers of high aragonite phase content were prepared by one-step method with soluble phosphate as controller from Ca(OH)2 suspension in common gravitational environment.Meanwhile, the effects of controller dosage, reaction temperature, CO2 flow rate, and initial Ca(OH)2 concentration on the product were investigated and analyzed.XRD spectra has revealed that it is Ca5(PO4)3(OH) rather than Ca(HPO4)·2H2O or Ca3(PO4)2 that is served as crystal nucleus leading to the formation of aragonite-type CaCO3 whiskers. The conditions favorable to the growth of carbonate whiskers include n(Ca/P)=1∶0.25,a carbonization reaction temperature of 75 ℃,CO2 flow rate of 16.2~32.4 L/(h·kg) and an initial Ca(OH)2 concentration of 1.5 wt.%~5.6 wt.%.
