凹凸棒石微波活化与焙烧活化的比较

摘要: 将凹凸棒石粘土原矿提纯、球磨处理后分别进行焙烧活化和微波活化,对两种活化产品进行红外光谱和透射电镜分析对比,并将凹凸棒石原土、提纯产品和两种活化产品作为微粒子分别与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺组成微粒助留体系,对碱性过氧化氢机械纸浆进行助留试验。结果表明:焙烧活化比微波活化对凹凸棒石物质组成和结构的影响更大,而微波活化比焙烧活化对凹凸棒石分散性的改善更明显;焙烧活化和微波活化均可明显提高凹凸棒石与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的造纸微粒助留体系的助留效果,但微波活化产品的性能更好,最高可使碱性过氧化氢机械纸浆的单程留着率达到92.46%。

Abstract: Run-of-mine attapulgite clay was activated by roasting and microwave respectively after its purification and grinding by ball mill.Comparative analysis was made of the two activated products by FT-IR and TEM.ROM attapulgite clay, purified product and two activated products were used as micro-particles to form a micro-particles retention system with cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) respectively, which was used in the retention test for an alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP).The test results indicate that roasting activation has a greater effect on the composition and structure of attapulgite than microwave activation, while the latter can more evidently improve the dispersity of attapulgite; both activations can obviously improve the retention effect of the retention system made up of attapulgite and CPAM, and however, the performance of the system with microwave activated product is better , with the first pass retention rate of APMP reaching 92.46%.
