冲击锤钻凿系统纵向冲击数值模拟

摘要: 冲击锤的钻进过程是一个高度非线性、大变形、破坏的过程。利用非线性有限元程序LS-DYNA3D 研究了冲击锤钻凿系统的纵向冲击混凝土过程,分析了冲锤不同冲击速度下混凝土的变形及破碎机理,钻凿系统的冲击力,侵入混凝土的位移及冲击力-侵入深度曲线等。结果表明,由于砧子及钎头的反弹,导致冲击锤钻凿系统发生多次冲击现象。在整个冲击侵入过程中,最大冲击力峰值点并不出现在最大侵入深度处。混凝土在气动冲击锤冲击作用下的破碎过程经历4个阶段:弹塑性变形阶段,脆性崩裂阶段,挤凿破碎阶段及卸载阶段。通过LS-DYNA3D数值模拟计算,形象地再现了冲击锤冲击作用下混凝土发生侵入破坏的物理过程,为研究冲击锤与脆性材料的作用过程及冲击锤的优化设计提供了一种有效的分析方法。

Abstract: The process of impact hammer drilling is characterized by high non-linearity and large deformation and damage. The process of its longitudinal impact on concrete was studied by using non-linear finite element program LS-DYNA3D and the deformation and crushing mechanism of concrete under different impact hammer speeds, the impact force, the displacement after penetrating the concrete and impact force-penetrating depth curve of the drilling system were studied. The result shows that the bounces of anvil and bit lead to the many times of percussion of the impact hammer drilling system. In the whole impact and penetration process, the largest impact force peak does not occur at the largest penetration depth. The concrete crushing process under the function of pneumatic impact hammer includes four stages: elasto-plastic deformation, brittle cracking, extrusion crushing and unloading. LS-DYNA3D numerical simulation is used to well represent the physical process of the concrete damage by the penetration of the impact hammer drilling, providing an efficient analysis method for the study of the functioning process of impact hammer on brittle materials and of the optimal design of impact hammer.
