梅山铁矿石预选工艺优化研究

摘要: 对梅山铁矿50~20 mm、20~2 mm、2~0.5 mm粒级设计了4种方案进行预选抛废, 0.5~0 mm粒级直接进行磁选,磁选精矿并入最终铁精矿。试验确定了最佳预选方案,获得了铁精矿品位57.21%,回收率分别为75.64%的选别指标。

Abstract: Tests were made on four processes to pre-concentration for discarding waste for 50~20 mm, 20~2 mm and 2~0.5 mm ore size fractions of Meishan Iron Mine, where 0.5~0 mm went directly to magnetic separation and the magnetic separation concentrate joined the final iron concentrate.  The optimal one achieued with the iron concentrate grade and recovery being 57.21% and 75.64% respectively.
