摘要: 通过对RLC振荡电路的理论分析,阐述了铁磁性物质的去磁原理,讨论了数字脉冲脱磁器的工作过程和器件的作用。数字脉冲脱磁器创新点在于通过按键输入、液晶屏显示、单片机控制,实现了灵活调整充电强度和放电强度,使其适用于各种含磁量的铁粉,块矿和粒矿的退磁。

Abstract: Based on a theoretical analysis of RLC oscillating circuit, the paper elaborates the demagnetization principle of ferromagnetic materials, discusses the working process and the function of components of digital pulse demagnetizer.Its innovation point lies in that it realizes a flexible regulation of charge and discharge intensities via key input, LCD display and monolithic integrated circuit control, making it suitable for the demagnetization of iron powder, lump and particles with various quantities of magnetism.
