矿区可持续发展的模糊综合评价建模与系统实现

摘要: 以可持续发展理论为基础,分析了矿区可持续发展的特征,以矿区资源、环境、安全、经济与社会为子系统,建立了矿区可持续发展的综合评价多层次结构体系。在此基础上,建立了矿区可持续发展模糊综合评价模型;利用专家咨询法确定各指标权重,通过改进传统的线性隶属度方法,采用模糊C-均值确定指标隶属度,进而计算矿区可持续发展程度。最后利用Matlab7.0和Vb6.0混合编程,设计开发了矿区可持续发展综合评价系统,以某矿区进行了实例分析,验证了该模型的可行性。

Abstract: Based on Sustainable Development theory, the characteristics of mining area are analyzed.The comprehensive appraisal index system of mining area's sustainable development is established.The index system includes resource, environment, safety, economics and society subsystem.Furthermore, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is set up.Firstly, the weight of index is determined by expert consultation.Secondly, each index's membership is obtained by using fuzzy c-means method.Lastly, the value of sustainable development degree is calculated.Using Matlab7.0 and Vb 6.0 programming, the comprehensive evaluation system of mining area's sustainable development is designed.By the application in Qitaihe mining area, the model is proved to be feasible.
