Abstract: It is quite difficult to make use of Ni-Mo Black Shale Ore as mineral resources.  In order to develop this resource，the new type of flotation reagent，Blashale promoter，was adopted to do flotation tests on Ni-Mo black shale ores. Through flotation condition tests and exploratory experiments，the best reagent system and open circuit flotation process were determined. And a closed circuit test was also carried out under optimum conditions. Then，a concentrate containing 9.58% of Mo with molybdenum recovery of 82.63% was obtained，providing a reference for utilization of this resource in future.
