基于网络分析法的资源可持续开发利用评价指标体系

摘要: 矿产资源可持续开发利用评价是一个具有网络性的、多指标的复合体系,难以用常规的方法进行有效的评价。基于网络分析法建立了一套矿产资源可持续开发利用评价指标体系,提出应用Super-Decisions软件将大量数据、信息综合加工处理,并根据不同的研究目的,选择合适的数据标准化方法,计算出综合评价值,从而量化矿产资源可持续开发利用的概念,为科学决策提供依据。

Abstract: The sustainable exploitation and utilization evaluation index system is a compound system with network and multi-index,so it is difficult to evaluate effectively by common methods. And thus,a set of sustainable development evaluation index system of mineral resources based on ANP is established. It proposes to apply the Super-Decisions software to process large amounts of data. According to different research purposes,an appropriate data standardization method is adopted to calculate the integrated evaluation value. Then,the concept of the sustainable exploitation and utilization are quantified,providing the basis for the scientific decision-making.
