用鄂西某赤铁矿尾矿制备蒸养砖

摘要: 以鄂西某赤铁矿尾矿为主要原料,按前期试验所确定的原料配比(尾矿78%,黄砂10%,水泥10%,石膏2%)制备蒸养砖,主要考察了外加剂种类及用量、蒸养制度和自然养护周期对制品性能的影响。试验结果表明,在掺水量为15%,外加剂三乙醇胺与水泥的质量比为0.01%,成型压力为20 MPa,蒸养制度为升温2 h→40 ℃恒温6 h→降温2 h,自然养护周期为28 d的条件下,制备的蒸养砖各项性能达到JC/T422—2007对MU15级产品的要求。

Abstract: Taking hematite tailings from western Hubei as raw materials, the preparation of steam cured bricks is made with the mixture ratio (tailings 78%, yellow sands 10%, cements 10%, and gypsums 2%) that is determined from the pre-tests. The influence of the additional reagent type, the dosage, the steam-cured system and the natural curing period on the performance of products is studied.The results show that the performance of product can reach MU15 level at the standard of JC/T422-2007 under the conditions of water consumption 15%, the mixture ratio of triethanolamine and cement at 0.01%, compressive strength at 20 MPa, and the curing temperature rising up to 2 h, constant temperature 40 ℃ for 6 h, then temperature lowering 2 h and the natural curing period of 28 d.
