BP-1100/700型颚式破碎机动颚仿真优化

摘要: 利用有限元软件对BP-1100/700型颚式破碎机动颚进行了仿真分析,计算结果表明原支架结构设计存在不合理因素,这是导致实际应用中动颚支架过早破坏的主要原因。通过改进结构设计改善了力学性能,实现了最大工作载荷作用下应力的合理分布,大大降低了最大工作应力。同时计算分析了改进前后动颚支架的自由振动特性,改进前后结构基本振动形式没有明显变化,改进后结构具有较好的刚度。实践表明,本研究既解决了工程实际问题,又能为颚式破碎机动颚支架的结构设计提供有益参考。

Abstract: The mamerical simulation on moving Jaw of BP-1100/700 jaw crusher was accomplished by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The calculation reswts show that the original structure is unreasonable in design, which is the key reason for failure of moving Jaw in application. Through adjusting the structure of moving Jaw, its mechanical property  improved, which  make the distribution of stresses more reasonable in maximum loading, and remarkably decrease the maximum stress. Meanwhile, the free vibration of the original structure and redesigned structure were analyzed. The modal analysis showed that their principal mode of vibration has no obvious change, and after redesigned, the stiffness of structure is harder. This research solves a practical problem and also provides a reference for moving Jaw design of jaw crusher.
