摘要: 针对当前应用广泛的单缸液压圆锥破碎机自动化水平和生产效率低,能源浪费大的情况,提出了一种对单缸液压圆锥破碎机进行自动控制改造的具体方案。该方案的实施,可实现排矿口的自动调整控制和主电机的恒功率控制,提高设备的生产率和自动化水平。

Abstract: In view of the current low automatic efficiency, low productivity, and high energy waste of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Crushers with widely application, a specific proposal for the automatic control reformation of single cylinder hydraulic crusher is presented. Its implementation can realize the automatic control adjustment of the ore discharge and the constant power control of the main motor. This method can improve the productivity and automatic level of the device.
