钢渣矿渣掺合料对水泥性能的影响

摘要: 研究了钢渣的掺入量对水泥浆体性能的影响,以及钢渣单掺和钢渣与矿渣复掺对水泥胶砂强度的影响。结果表明:钢渣的掺入可以改善水泥浆体的流动性,凝结时间随钢渣掺量增加而延长。单掺钢渣时,水泥胶砂强度下降明显。钢渣与矿渣复掺会相互激发、相互促进水化,水泥胶砂强度变化不大,且钢渣在复合粉中的比例为20%,替代水泥量为50%时,28 d强度已超过基准样。

Abstract: This paper investigated the influence of the addition of steel slag on performance of cement paste and the effect of single steel slag and the concrete admixture of steel slag with blast furnace slag on the strength of cement mortar. The results show that mobility of cement paste was improved after adding steel slag and setting time extends with the addition of steel slag increasing. With steel slag only, strength of cement mortar significantly decreased; When steel slag mixes with blast furnace slag, the strength varied little, since they can promote priming and hydration action with each other. Moreover, strength of cement mortar at 28 d exceeded to that of reference sample when steel slag was added at the mixture ratio of 20% in composite powder and substitutes 50%of cement in total quality.
