泡沫除尘技术在综掘面的应用

Application of Dust Control Technology with Foam in Fully Mechanized Workface

摘要: 针对掘进工作面粉尘灾害严重的现状,在系统分析泡沫除尘技术特点的基础上,提出了一种综掘工作面泡沫除尘应用工艺,并应用于平顶山一矿戊10-21180掘进工作面。现场应用结果表明:在掘进机司机处,泡沫对全尘的降尘效率达到87.90%,为水雾降尘的2.10倍;对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率达到75.97%,为水雾的2.37倍,防尘效果显著,有效治理了掘进面粉尘灾害。

Abstract: Abstract As the dust hazards are severe in the tunneling workface,this paper proposed a new dust control technique with foam in fully mechanized workface based on a systematic analysis on the characteristics of foaming dust control technique.And then it is applied to the E 10-21180 heading face of Pingdingshan Mine.The application results indicated that at the place where the driver is in,the efficiency of total dust control with form is up to 87.90%,which is 2.10 times as the water spray did.The efficiency of the respirable dust control is 75.97%,2.37 times as the water spray did.It has a remarkable control effect which can effectively control the dust hazard.
