几种活化剂对铁闪锌矿的活化性能

Study on Activation Performance of Several Kinds of Activators on Marmatite

摘要: 通过单泡管浮选试验,研究了丁黄药体系中硫酸铜、氯化铵、硝酸铅及自行研制的T-1对含铁7.21%的云南澜沧铁闪锌矿单矿物的活化性能。结果表明:氯化铵、硝酸铅对铁闪锌矿的活化效果较差,而硫酸铜在pH=13时可使铁闪锌矿的回收率达到61.30%,T-1则可在pH=10时使铁闪锌矿的回收率达到64.10%;T-1不仅对铁闪锌矿的活化性能比硫酸铜好,而且可比硫酸铜降低药剂成本20%。

Abstract: Through the flotation tests of single foam pipe,the activation performance of copper sulfate,ammonium chloride,lead nitrate in butyl xanthate system,and  self-developed T-1 on marmatite with Fe grade of 7.21% in Yunnan Lancang are investigated.The results showed that bad activation effect on marmatite was achieved by ammonium chloride and lead nitrate; While the recovery of marmatite can reach to 61.30% by CuSO4 at pH=13; The new activator T-1 brings the recovery of marmatite up to 64.10% at pH=10.Comparing with CuSO4,T-1 can not only result in good activation performance,but reduce the reagent costs by 20%.
