某含铜银矿石选别工艺优化研究

摘要: 某矿山采用银浮选—银精矿氰化浸出—浸出尾渣浮铜工艺处理其含铜银矿石,存在铜大量消耗氰化物以及铜受氰化物作用不易回收等问题。为此,提出了原矿先通过优先快速浮铜得到一部分铜精矿,然后再进入原工艺流程的优化方案,并就快速浮铜和随后的银浮选进行了实验室试验。结果表明:优先快速浮铜可从原矿先获得一部分铜品位为25.02%,铜回收率为43.82%的合格铜精矿,同时可使银精矿中的铜含量达到1.80%的较低水平,将有利于减少铜的损失和改善后续银的氰化浸出环境。

Abstract: The process of silver flotation-cyaniding leaching of silver concentrate-copper flotation of leaching tailings is adopted to treat a copper-bearing silver mine,where,large amount of cyanide are consumed by copper,and copper can not easily be recovered under the action of cyanide. Hence,the proposal is that some copper concentrate is firstly obtained by the prior flush flotation from run-of-mine,then following by the optimizing scheme of the original process. The laboratory tests for the above proposal are carried out. The results showed that some qualified copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 25.02% and 43.82% were firstly obtained from raw mines. Meanwhile,copper content in silver concentrate decreased to be a lower level of 1.80%. This method helps to reduce losses of copper and improve the following cyanide leaching environment of silver.
