磨矿分级作业模糊智能控制系统的研发

摘要: 介绍了一种模糊控制和智能PID控制相结合的选矿作业自动控制技术方案,对模糊控制的基本原理、PID控制算法及其在磨矿分级作业中的应用等进行了重点论述。结合生产实际,优化了原有的复杂模型,达到了对磨矿作业的有效控制。该系统能有效地避免磨机发生胀肚和欠载现象的发生,稳定和提高磨机的各项工作指标,保证控制系统的合理性和经济性。本控制项目的实施,为实现磨矿分级过程控制开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract: The paper presents a technical scheme combing with the fuzzy control and PID control and emphasizes the basic principles of fuzzy control, the PID control algorithm and its application on grinding and classification. Based on the production practice, the original complex model is optimized, realizing an effective control on grinding. This scheme can effectively avoid the occurrence of over-load and under-load of the mill, maintain all work index of the mill, and ensure the control system to be reasonable and economical. The implementation of this project opens up a new way for realizing an effective control in grinding and classification.
