地下采选一体化系统采充平衡临界品位研究

Research of the Critical Grade to Achieve a Balance between Mining and Filling in  Integration System of Underground Mining and Beneficiation

摘要: 地下采选一体化系统是开采深埋矿产资源的高效率、低成本,又能实现低碳绿色可持续发展的有效方法,此外,该系统也适用于人口密集、高寒和对环境要求严格的区域。在此系统中,首先要考虑采充平衡的问题,即选矿所得尾砂能够全部用于充填采空区。因此,采充平衡临界品位是评价该系统是否完美的重要指标之一。研究了影响采充平衡临界品位的多种因素,推导得出了采充平衡临界品位的一般计算公式,并建立了采充平衡临界品位分析软件。该软件能够根据不同的地质、选矿和充填料配比等条件确定 采充平衡临界品位,并分析在不同条件下临界品位的变化,为地下采选一体化系统的应用提供科学依据。

Abstract: The integration system of underground mining and beneficiation is an effective method for developing deep ore bodies with high efficiency,low-cost,low carbon, and it can  achieved sustainable development.Besides,this system is suitable for densely populated areas,severe cold district and the area where need strict environmental requirements.In this system,the question of the balance between mining and filling should be considered firstly,that is,all of the tailing should be used for bashing.Therefore,the critical grade to achieve a balance between mining and filling is a significant indicator to evaluate whether the system is perfect.This paper studied the affecting factors of the critical grade,and derived the general formula of the critical grade.The analysis software of the critical grade to achieve a balance between mining and filling is developed,which can work out the critical grade according to different geological,dressing and filling ratio conditions.It can also analyze the variations of the critical grade at different conditions,providing the scientific basis for the application of the integration system of underground mining and beneficiation.
