郓城煤矿主井外壁混凝土应变的实测及分析

摘要: 为了深入研究井壁的受力与变形规律,在郓城矿冻结法凿井过程中,开展了井壁应力、应变的现场实测研究。通过郓城主井冻结凿井现场实测,获得了郓城主井外层井壁混凝土应变的变化规律,并与混凝土允许应变值或极限应变值进行对比分析,预测了外壁的安全性。分析得出:郓城主井外壁混凝土环向受压很大但远小于高强混凝土的极限压应变,最大竖向拉应变较大但主要出现在混凝土强度已充分增长后,因此井壁是安全的。

Abstract: In order to thoroughly study the stress and deformation of the wall of well,in-situ measurements on stress and strain of Yuncheng mine in freezing sinking process in Yuncheng was made, which won the variable rule in concrete strain of Yuncheng main shaft outer wall   By contrasting with the allowed or limited strain of concrete, the security of outer wall is predicted.The analysis showed:the tangential strain in outer wall of Yuncheng is large but much less than the limits of high-strength concrete compressive strain   The maximum vertical tensile strain is large but the main strength of concrete has fully grown,so the main shaft side wall is safe.Freeze
