从废催化剂中回收钼的研究进展

摘要: 介绍了国内从废催化剂中回收钼所采用的火法、湿法(包括水浸法、酸浸法、碱浸法和复合浸取法)和直接利用法这3种工艺的研究进展,并分析了各种方法的优缺点,最后指出在今后的研究中应注重开发低成本、低污染、低能耗新工艺及加强废催化剂中其他有益元素的综合回收。

Abstract: Introduce three kinds of domestic main way of recycling molybdenum from the waste catalyst, namely the method of using pyrogenic process, wet process(including water extraction, acid leaching, alkaline leaching and composite leaching),and also direct utilization process. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and lastly point out the future research should develop new techniques of low cost, low pollution, low energy consumption and strengthen comprehensive recovery of other beneficial elements in the waste catalyst.
