某低品位黑白钨矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 以WO3品位为0.23%的某低品位黑白钨矿为研究对象,按混浮黑白钨矿—彼得罗夫法分离白钨矿—摇床分粒级回收黑钨矿的原则流程进行了适宜的磨矿细度、合适药剂用量研究,最终获得的白钨精矿、黑钨精矿1和黑钨精矿2的WO3品位分别为65.43%、50.11%、31.65%,回收率分别为51.21%、26.14%、13.76%,钨总回收率为91.11%。

Abstract: For studying the low-grade wolframite and scheelite ore of WO3 grade of 0.23%, according to the principle process of mixed floating wolframite and scheelite -Peter Lavrov law separation of scheelite -Shaking table fractionated recovery of wolframite,suitable grinding fineness and the appropriate amount of reagent were studied.The final available WO3 grade of scheelite concentrate, wolframite concentratel, wolframite concentrate 2 is 65.43%,50.11%,31.65% respectively, and recovery each is 51.21%,26.14%,13.76%,total recovery of tungsten is 91.11%.
