某宣龙式鲕状赤铁矿深度还原—磁选试验

摘要: 系统研究了某宣龙式鲕状赤铁矿深度还原过程中煤粉添加量、造球原料粒度、深度还原保温时间及还原温度等因素对金属化率和弱磁选产品指标的影响,并对不同还原温度下的产品进行了显微分析。试验结果表明:在研究确定的最佳还原条件下,铁的金属化率达到97%以上,还原产物经磨矿—弱磁选工艺,可以获得铁品位为88.79%,回收率为92.85%的优质铁粉。

Abstract: Deep reduction experiments for a Xuanlong oolitic hematite ore were discussed. The metallization rates and low intensity magnetic separation index under the influence of different reduction conditions, such as quantity of coal, particle size of row material, reduction time, reduction temperature, were studied. The microscopic analysis was conducted for reduction products achieved by different reduction temperature. The experiment results show: the metallization of reduction product was more than 97% by the optimum conditions. After one-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation 88.79% of iron concentrate grade was achieved, and the recovery of iron was 92.85%.
