近水平转倾斜煤层煤矿生产能力约束指标研究

Study of Production Capacity Constraint Index in  Coal Mine From Flat Seam to Inclined Seam

摘要: 针对安太堡露天煤矿过芦子沟背斜期间煤层由近水平转为倾斜煤层生产能力下降情况,分析了制约倾斜煤层采矿生产能力的主要因素,总结出水平推进度、延深度、掘沟速度的理论计算公式,并进行了实例分析和影响因子的敏感度分析。分析结果表明:安太堡露天矿在现有设备能力下最大水平推进度为520 m,最大延深度为40 m,且通过增加工作帮坡角可提高延深度,增加生产能力。通过现场实际生产数据对理论计算公式进行了验证,为露天煤矿现场生产能力的确定提供了依据。

Abstract: The coal seam of Antaibao open-pit mine in china change from flat seam to inclined seam during the mining area of Luzigou anticline.The main restricted factors of production capacity of inclined seam was analyzes,and the formula of level advanced speed, vertical advanced speed and digging trench speed were summarizes.Furthermore, a case study and sensitivity analysis of the impact factor were conducted.The results show that the maximum level advanced speed is 520 m,and the maximum vertical advanced speed is 40 m.In the existing equipment capacity for Antaibao open-pit coal mine,which can be improved by increasing the working slope angle.The theoretical formula verified by compared with actual data.It provides a basis for confirming production capacity in surface mine.
