泡沫剂对充填胶结材料强度和流变特性的影响

摘要: 矿渣尾砂复合充填胶结材料是一种新型的胶结材料,该材料充填体与水泥充填体相比具有强度高、无污染和成本低的特点。通过强度和流变实验对加入泡沫剂的新型尾砂充填胶结材料砂浆进行分析,发现泡沫剂的适当加入不仅不降低胶结材料的强度,反而增加了料浆的均匀性,相同条件下降低了胶结材料用量,改善了料浆的流动性。

Abstract: The composite filling cementing material with slag is a new kind of cementing material.Compared with cement, this filling material is much better with feature of higher strength, no pollution and lower cost.The analysis on the new tailings foam filling cementing material mortar by strength comparison and rheological experiments indicated that:with appropriate foam agent added, the strength of the cementing material is not reduced, but the uniformity of the slurry is increased.Under the same conditions, the consumption of cementing material can be reduced and its rheological properties increased.
