甘肃白银矿区废石中铜的选矿回收试验

摘要: 甘肃白银矿区在开采早期有计划地将铜品位为0.25%左右的废石进行了集中堆排,至目前堆排量高达2.53亿t,在经济与技术条件较成熟的今天,对该风化程度较高的含铜废石进行了铜的选矿回收研究。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%的情况下,采用1粗1扫3精、中矿顺序返回闭路流程处理该废石,可获得铜品位为15.74%、铜回收率为81.03%的铜精矿。

Abstract: Waste rocks with copper grade of 0.25% in Baiyin mining area of Gansu were planned to stack together in early mining period and so far overall waste rocks were up to 2.53 billion tons. With the mature economic and technical conditions,investigation on recovering copper from Baiyin copper-waste rocks with the high degree of weathering and sliming is made. Under the grinding fineness of 80% -0.074 mm,copper concentrate with copper grade of 15.74% and the recovery of 81.03% was obtained through the closed circuit of one-roughing,one-scavenging,three-cleaning and middlings returned in order.
