井巷围岩与风流热湿交换影响因素分析

摘要: 基于不稳定换热系数,建立了经过一段巷道后风流的温升公式,并运用计算软件Mathematica分析了各种参数对于井巷围岩与风流间的热交换结果的影响。从分析结果来看,岩石的热导率和巷道断面周长对风流的温升有一定影响,壁面粗糙度系数影响不明显,风流质量流量的影响很明显,而巷道水分蒸发的影响最强烈。相关计算参数获取的多寡和精度决定了计算的精确度。

关键词: 风流温度, 围岩散热, 热湿交换, 不稳定换热系数

Abstract: Based on the unsteady heat exchange coefficient,the formula for airflow temperature after a passage of roadway is deduced.The calculation software Mathematica is adopted to analyze the influence of each parameter to the result of heat and moisture transfer between roadway wall rock and airflow.According to the result of analysis,both thermal conductivity of the rock and cross-section perimeter of the roadway have a certain impact on the rise of the airflow temperature.Meanwhile the influence of wall roughness is less,the mass flux of the airflow is more obvious and the evaporation of the water on or in roadway is quite strong.The precision of the calculation depends on the amount and precision of the interrelated parameters.
