露天矿汽车轮胎选型研究与工程实例

摘要: 以集对分析为基础,结合离差最大化确定权重的方法,建立了露天矿汽车轮胎评价模型,并根据露天矿山的生产实际,选取了路况适应性、气候适应性、最大负荷、最高运输速度、气压、TKPH、轮胎胶料、使用寿命、胎面类型、厂家信用、售后服务、轮胎价格等12个指标作为轮胎选型的评价指标,通过对某露天矿分析,应用构建的汽车轮胎评价模型对备选轮胎方案进行评价,最终得出的最优方案与应用关联分析得出的结果一致,验证了模型的实用性和可靠性。

Abstract: Based on the application of set-pair analysis method and combining with maximizing deviation method to determine the weights,an evaluation model for the truck tire used in open pit is built. Here,twelve factors are chosen as the evaluation index,including road adaptability,climate adaptability,maximum load,maximum transport speed,barometric pressure,TKPH,tire rubber,service life,tread type,manufacturer credibility,after-sales service and tire price. Finally,through analyzing the open-pit mine,the model above is applied to assess the optional tire scheme to finally obtain the optimal solution which is consistent with the result from the correlation analysis. The case verifies the practicality and reliability of the model.
