甘肃小厂坝铅锌矿石选矿试验

摘要: 甘肃小厂坝铅锌矿石属原生硫化铅锌矿石,主要含铅矿物方铅矿大部分与闪锌矿嵌布关系密切,单体解离难度大、微细粒回收效果不理想是导致铅回收率较低的主要原因。以D102为浮铅捕收剂,采用1粗2扫3精优先浮铅、1粗2扫3精再浮锌流程处理该矿石,最终可获得铅品位为59.72%、回收率73.52%、含锌14.56%的铅精矿,锌品位为52.97%、回收率92.12%、含铅1.60%的锌精矿,在锌回收率略有提高的情况下将铅回收率提高了2.04个百分点。

Abstract: Xiaochangba lead-zinc ore in Gansu belongs to the primary sulfide lead-zinc ore. As the main lead mineral,galena is closely disseminated with sphalerite,difficult to libevate,and unsatisfactory recovery of micro-fine particles are the main factor resulting in low recovery of lead. Taking D102 as collector for lead floating,and adopting the process of the preferential lead flotation with one roughing-two scavengings-three cleanings,and zinc floatation with one roughing-two scavengings-three cleanings,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 59.72% and recovery of 73.52%,and Zn content of 14.56%,and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 52.97% and the recovery rate of 92.12% and Pb content of 1.60% were gained separately. With zinc recovery slightly increased,the percentage of lead recovery is improved 2.04%.
