小型石灰石矿地下开采采矿方法的改进

摘要: 为改进小型石灰石矿地下开采采矿方法,结合新罗矿区22个石灰石地下矿山实际情况,进行了石灰石地下开采采矿方法选择的影响分析。基于新罗矿区小型石灰石地下矿山现状和存在问题,研究分析了如何改进小型石灰石地下矿山的采矿方法。得出结论:只采矿房不回收矿柱,实行一步骤回采,采用矿柱永久支撑法处理空区,是小型石灰石地下矿山很合适的空区处理方法;原采空区应采用“避开”或人工砌筑假柱完善矿柱支撑体系进行处理;改房柱法为留矿法进行采矿,能提高小型石灰石地下矿山回采率,使回采率从30%以内提高到40%~55%。

Abstract: To improve the underground mining methods for small-scale limestone mine,and combining with the actual condition of 22 underground limestone mines in Xinluo mining area,the factors for affecting the selection of the underground mining methods for limestone mine are analyzed. Based on the current situation of small underground limestone mine and its existing problems in Xinluo mining area,how to improve the mining methods for small-scale limestone mines is investigated. It is concluded that it is the best choice to take one step mining without pillar recovery,and the mining-out area must be avoided or supported with artificial pillars. The shrinkage method instead of the room-pillar method,will improve the recovery rate from 30% to 40%~55% for small underground limestone mines.
