河南某白云母矿石选矿试验

摘要: 为了给河南某地白云母矿石的开发利用提供依据,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,在-0.074 mm占50.20%的磨矿细度下,首先通过高梯度强磁选去除黑云母、磁铁矿、赤褐铁矿和电气石等含铁杂质,然后在pH=3的酸性条件下用十二胺将白云母与石英、长石等分离,最终可获得白云母含量为91%、白云母回收率为70.75%、Fe2O3含量为5.10%的白云母精矿,精矿质量满足橡胶填料的工业要求。

Abstract: In order to provide the basis for development and utilization of a certain muscovite in Henan,beneficiation tests of the ore were carried out. The results showed that under grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 50.20%,iron-containing impurities including biotite,magnetite,hematite,limonite and tourmaline were firstly removed by using the high gradient high intensity magnetic separation. Then,under the acidic condition of pH=3,muscovite,quartz and feldspar were separated by using dodecylamine. Finally,muscovite concentrate with muscovite content of 91%,muscovite recovery of 70.75%,Fe2O3 content of 5.10% was obtained,which can meet the requirements of rubber filler in industry.
