某铜矿全尾砂充填体强度研究

摘要: 结合浙江某铜矿全尾砂强度试验可知:除了与全尾砂的物理性质、化学成分和粒度分布有关,充填体强度的形成机理还与浓度、灰砂比、龄期和胶凝材料种类有关。不同标号和种类的水泥,对充填体强度的形成促进作用各不相同,PO42.5水泥对充填体强度的贡献明显好于PC32.5水泥,在充填材料配合比强度试验过程中,应选择不同标号和种类的水泥进行试验,从而在满足强度的基础上为矿山充填提供最经济合理的胶凝材料。

Abstract: The full-tailings backfilling strength tests of a copper mine in Zhejiang showed that the forming mechanism of the backfilling strength relates to the concentration,cement-tailing ratio,age and type of cementitious materials,besides of the physical properties,chemical composition and particle size distribution of tailings.Cements with different grades and different types have different effect on the strength form of backfilling.PO42.5 cement has a better contribution to the backfilling strength than PC32.5 cement.In process of backfilling materials proportion strength test,different label and type of cement should be chosen to make tests and prepare the most economic and reasonable cementitious material for the mines based on required strength.
