Abstract: In order to validate the superiority in crushing vanadium tiano-magnetite from Pangang by using high pressure rolling process, vanadium tiano-magnetite from Baima and Midi regions which were crushed with high pressure rolling process with crushed fineness of -5 mm and conventional crushing process with crushed fineness of -3 mm, grinding and separating experiments have carried out. The research results show that：high pressure rolling process compared with conventional crushing process, the former have obvious advantages in size composition and degree of mineral liberation, as well as in influence on subsequent iron mine grinding and separating.
