Abstract: In recent years，with the growth of human cost，safety and environment need more stringent requirements，and the domestic mining enterprises need to change from labor-intensive or extensive management mode to the high efficient and scientific management mode.The intelligent production control and management is the key to achieve the efficient scientific management of the mine.It needs to closely approach to the running characteristics of underground mine，and is realized by selecting appropriate technology and cost-effective equipment.The intelligent mine construction experience of Sinosteel mineral company is summarized，and the operation characteristic of underground mine is analyzed.The architecture of intelligent production control and management of mine is built based on informationization，automation and internet of things.It is proposed that the construction of intelligent mine starts from four aspects，including the digitization and visualization of geological，surveying and mining information，the production and operation of intelligent control，the production safety intelligent monitoring and the early warning and information management.Then，the key implementation technology and equipment are summarized.This architecture can realize the digitization，automation，intelligent decision and early warning in underground mine，and provide guidance for building intelligent engineering in other mines．
