Abstract: There is a copper tailing from Hubei with copper grade of 0.13%，sulphur grade of 2.89%，-200 mesh account for 66.13%.Copper mainly exists in form of chalcopyrite.Flotation experiment was conducted to comprehensive recovery the secondary resource.Results indicated that，by one stage flotation desliming-grinding-one roughing，three cleaning copper flotation-one roughing，three cleaning and one scavenging sulphur flotation process，copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.31% and recovery rate reached 60.71%,the sulphur grade of the sulphur concentrate is 53.70%,the recovery rate reached 66.34%.
